Terms & Conditions

This Web site is offered to you, conditioned on your acceptance without modification, of the following terms, conditions, and notices contained in this agreement (the "Terms and Conditions"). Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices in effect at such time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. » About Our Website & System

- C. David Venture Management, LLC (herein referred to as "CDVM") is the owner of this website.

- Our system is design to help homeowners locate service providers in their local area.

- You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our System.

» Our Matching Services

The following applies to our matching service, not to the directory listing of contractors posted on our website:

We are committed to making your experience a positive one. Once you provide us your information and service request, we will do our best to match you to a service professional in your area who has indicated an interest in the type of service you are requesting.

However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a service professional or that there are service professionals in your area that either are capable or willing to complete your service needs. We make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills or representations of such service professional or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to retain their services. CDVM does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular service professional. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a service professional, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed.

In the event we are unable to match you with a professional listed our network, we reserve the right to provide your request for services to another partner network. In such a case, you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of that particular website or network.

The service professionals you are matched to are not employees or agents of CDVM, nor is CDVM an agent of the service professionals. CDVM does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your service request. Your rights under contracts you enter into with service professionals are governed by the terms of such contracts and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any service professional, you must address such dispute with the service professional directly, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE HOMEBLUE AND CDVM (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY (INCLUDING OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS SUCH AS A PRODUCT MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER WHO MAY EMPLOY THE HOMEBLUE MATCHING UTILITY) FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.

» Our Directory Services

To the consumer: Contractors and service providers listed in our Contractor Directory are not pre-screened, reviewed or recommended. Our listing is a phone book type directory listing and is to be used entirely at your own risk, similar to a phone book directory listing.

To the service providers listed in the directory: Please provide business addresses and phone numbers only, rather than personal or home information. If you are listed in our directory, we may use your information (company name, address, and phone number) to promote you as a Directory Member. Among other sources, CDVM promotes members on sites such as SuperPages.com and their network of affiliated sites.
